Federal Service Tribunal will hear cases filed by employees of FBR today

ISLAMABAD:  Four benches of the Federal Service Tribunal will hear cases on Tuesday (today) filed against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) by its employees.

A division bench, comprising FST Chairman Muhammad Zahid and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasir would hear two ‘implementation’ cases against the FBR.

These cases are filed by appellants, Nasir Shafiq and Tahir Mehmood. Both the appellants have approached the tribunal to get tribunal’s previously announced decisions implemented.

Another division bench, comprising of Member Technical, Arshad Bhatti and M Javed Iqbal Kasi would hear a seniority matter filed by Muhammad Zahid. The appellant has complained against being depriving of his due scale at the tax collecting department.

Meanwhile, bench comprising of Rafique Shah and Syed Muhammad Hamid and another bench of Dr Nazir and Ishtiaq Ahmed would take on hearing up-gradation matter filed by Fazal Qadir and case about special allowance filed by Qismat Ullah Khan.
