IHC adjourns hearing of three cases filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal, ATIR

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday adjourned the hearing of three cases filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) and Customs Appellate Tribunal.

The bench comprising Justice Noor-ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah adjourned two cases after hearing brief arguments and directed the counsels to submit related documents in the office.

M/s Wahaj Enterprises and Fazalur Rehman had submitted these cases against Customs Appellate Tribunal Islamabad and Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue, respectively. The bench dated cases in the office which would schedule the next date of hearing now.

Meanwhile, another bench comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui, and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani also heard and adjourned a case filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal by M/s Pakistan Oil Field Limited.
