ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue has restored performance allowance of four Inland Revenue Service officers of BS-16.
The performance allowance, equivalent to 100 per cent of basic pay, was granted to the officers including, RTO Faisalabad Office Superintendent Muhammad Iqbal, RTO-III Karachi Inspector Nusrat Hussain Jafri, RTO Faisalabad Inspector Zahid Rafique and RTO-II IRO Sohail Anjum, on completion of the declaration of assets.
According to the notification, those officials whose performance allowance was discontinue on account of imposition of minor or major penalty, besides shortfall of declaration of assets, will not be restored until they have gone through fresh process of selection for grant of performance allowance.
