Faisalabad Excise’s anti-narcotics wing collects Rs 67.9m

FAISALABAD: The Excise and Taxation Department’s anti-narcotics wing has collected Rs 67.927 million during the first nine months of current fiscal year and achieved its annual target of Rs 85.786 million up to 79 percent.

It has collected Rs 61.893 from the Faisalabad against the assigned target of Rs 79.406 by achieving its target up to 78 percent, while it collected Rs 2.978 million against the target of Rs 4.501 million from Jhang and achieved target up to 66 percent.

Meanwhile, the department generated Rs 2.29 million against the target of Rs 727,000 from Chiniot and surpassed target by 315percent. The excise collected Rs 766,000 against the target of Rs 1.151 million by achieving target up to 67 percent.
