Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 355 cases in March

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II heard 355 cases during the month of March 2016 out of which 30 cases have been disposed of and 325 cases were adjourned for different dates of April. No fresh case has been filed this month.

According to details, Customs Appellate Tribunal Lahore bench –II sent report to law and justice division in which it is mentioned that bench two comprising member judicial Omer Arshed Hakeem  and member techinical Khawaj Omer Mehdi heard 355 case out of which 30 cases has been disposed off and other shifted into the next month for hearing.
