ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear four tax references filed against the Customs Appellate Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) on Wednesday.
A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb would hear three customs references filed by M/s Shalimar Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse, Islamabad.
The appellant had challenged decisions of Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad through its submissions before the court. Besides Customs Appellate Tribunal, some officers of FBR were also made parties in the case.
The bench will also hear another tax reference filed by Sheikh M Akmal. The appellant, Akmal had filed reference against ATIR and also made parties to LTU officers.
