ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue has promoted three Assistant Incharge (BS-15)/Assistan (BS-14) to the post of Superintendent (BS-16) at FBR (HQ) with immediate effect.
The Board promoted Iftikhar Nabi Qureshi, Abdul Jabbar and S Tahir Hussain. the officers will be on probation for a period of one year, extendable for further period, not exceeding one year, provided that if no order is issued by the day following the termination of probationary period, the appointment will be deemed to be held until further orders, said the notification, issued on Wednesday.
The officers will continue to draw special allowance (equivalent to 100 per cent of basic pay) on their promotion to BS-16, it added.
