Excise seals 485 properties on tax default in Kasur

LAHORE: The Punjab Excise and Taxation Department has sealed 485 properties in different areas of Kasur, besides issuing notices to the defaulters to pay their property tax with five percent fine.

Official said that on the special directions of DG Akrram Ashraf Gondal, the excise directors of all regions have formed special teams to check the property tax defaulters. The teams of district Kasur have also started crackdown against property tax defaulters in the region and sealed properties in Kasur Khudian, Kanganpur, chunian and other regions.
