FIA starts grand operation againt human traffikers in Gujranwala division

SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Gujranwala Division, has started a grand operation against land routes agents and human traffickers.

According to details, Deputy Director FIA Gujranwala division Khalid Anees formed a team under the supervision of Assistant Director Muhammad Sarwar to start a grand operation against land route agents and human traffickers. Assistant Director Muhammad Sarwar along with his team, which include sub-inspectors Javed Iqbal Ghumman, Rana Mosthasin Khan, Khizer Hayat Mughal, Mohsin Waheed Butt, Waqar Awan and Muhammad Ali Syed, raided Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal, Gujrat, Mandi Bahawal Din and Hafizabad.

The team nabbed Shahid Naveed, son of Nazir Ahmed, Muhammad Akram, son of Sher Buksh, Shahbaz Ilyas Haidari, son of Ahsanullah, Imran Zia, son of Zia Ullah, Gulzar Ahmed, son of Mushtaq Ahmed, Nadeem Ahmed, son of Amjad Khan, Ihsan Butt, son of Mushtaq Butt, Javed Shafi, son of Muhammad Shafi, Dr Muhammad Ayub, son of Muhammad Ali and Asghar Ali, son of Ali.

All the accused persons were involved in extorting huge amounts from innocent people for promising to send them abroad. The FIA has started investigations from them after shifting them to undisclosed locations.
