Anti-Narcotics Court sentences two years imprisonment to heroin smuggler

LAHORE: The Anti-Narcotics Court (ANF) has sentenced a heroin smuggler to two years imprisonment after he was proven guilty.

Accused Tanveer Abbas was arrested by the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), Lahore while he was trying to smuggled one kilogram of heroin. The officials of ANF presented him before the court for prosecution.

The officials also submitted an investigation challan before the court of Abdul Jabbar Khan, who announced two years imprisonment. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 30,000. In case of failure of the submission of fine, the accused will have to face another six months in jail.
