LAHORE: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation on Friday seized illegally imported 20 LEDs, cloth, electronic goods, hardware and others items, sources told Customs Today.
The source said that customs anti-smuggling team on the information of Director Imran Saud intercepted a Niazi transport’s bus near Lahore and recovered LEDs, cloth, and hardware items worth Rs 5 million. The sources said that the smuggled items were hidden tactfully in back side of the bus.
The ustoms team led by Additional Director Usman Bajwa seized the items under the supervision of Superintendent Malik Yasin. Source said that the customs authorities after registering a case have initiated further investigations.
