Member HRM Rozi Khan Burki assigns special tasks to chief IJP Ziauddin Wazir

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Member  Human Resource Management Wing Rozi Khan Burki has  decided to assigned special tasks to the chief Internal Job Posting (IJP) Ziauddin Wazir. Regarding this decision  Member HRM has issued an office order in which he assigned four special tasks to the chief IJP.

According to the office order issued by Secretary (HRD) Baseerat Memraiz, the chief IJP to deal with all matters relating to policies and procedures for performance-linked  and bonus scheme, voluntary severance scheme, job descriptions, organizational structure and work force planning.

He also assigned him a job to develop code of conduct in the light of section 5 (1) of the Federal Board of Revenue Act, 2005. The third most important task is the development of curriculum and reading material on ethical values and performance for the personnel of the FBR’s field formations. The fourth task is to conduct an awareness campaigns regarding changes and issues relating to human resource. The chief IJP has started the work on these tasks and hopeful that performance of FBR officials will further increase in near future. The Member HRM wants revolutionary changes, regarding the role of HRM in FBR.
