FST divisional benches will hear dozen cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: Three division benches of Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear over a dozen cases carrying variety of complaints against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Monday (today).

The FST benches comprising members, M Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Kasi, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Muhammad Hamid and, Nazir Saeed and Ishtiaq Ahmed would hear the cases.

Employees of the FBR had complained about their promotion, annual increment, seniority and implementation of previously given orders of the FST through these petitions.

Members M Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Kasi would hear cases of implementation, promotion and seniority filed by M Luqman, Rakhshanda Aziz and Mansoor Sadiq respectively.

Bench comprising of Syed Rafique Hussian Shah and Muhammad Hamid would hear cases filed by Muhammad Naeem Khan, Raza Ashfaq and Ahmed Hussain.

Meanwhile, a third bench of Nazir Saeed and Ishtiaq Ahmed would hear cases submitted by Ghulam Hussain, Inaam Ul Haq, Muhammad Musa, Ajmal Khan, Muhammad Haroon, Khalid Mehmood and others.
