Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 12 cases on Monday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal (CAT) heard 12 cases on Monday. All cases are heard by the Division Bench II comprising Member Judicial Omer Arshad Hakeem and Member Technical Imran Tariq.

On Monday  the tribunal heard a case of Muhammad Sohail Ashraf versus Customs Lahore, Al.Nafae Enterprises versus Customs Lahore, Sky Limited versus Customs Lahore, Rehman Quilts versus Customs Faisalabad, Rehmat Ullah versus Directorate Intelligence and Investigation Multan.

Jan Muhammad versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation, EIlahi Corporation Versus Customs Lahore, Abdul Karim versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Karim Khan versus customs Faisalabad, Askar Oil versus Directorate Multan Unit Sadiqabad, Muhammad Husnain versus Customs Faisalabad and Customs Faisalabad versus Raza Aqeel.

Both members heard argument of various parties and adjourned the same for other dates without deciding any case.
