Customs Appellate Tribunal to hear couple of customs references today

ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal will hear a couple of customs references on Tuesday (today) filed against Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.

A single bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal comprising Member Technical Muhammad Nasir Khan would hear the cases filed in 2015. First case, to be heard, is filed by Zaman Ul Haq and second one was filed by M/s Indus Laboratory. Appellants in all of the said cases had challenged customs decisions before the tribunal.
