KARACHI: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has arrested Kamran Janweri, an officer of the Investigation Wing III, NAB Karachi, on the charges of corruption.
According to details, the official is being proceeded against under the provisions of NAO 1999. A graft case has been registered against him and has been put behind bars.
He was investigating a case related to corruption in TMA Chachro. During investigation, he interrogated a suspected government official took financial advantages of up to Rs 150,000 from him. Consequently, he has been arrested.
