LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 19 different cases, which were scheduled for hearing on Wednesday.
The Customs Court adjourned the pre-arrest bail pleas of Shakeel Ahmad, Muhammad Hammad Akhtar and Abul Razzaq, who are allegedly involved in smuggling cases. The court also adjourned the cases of Muhammad Shahid and Amjad Ali until next week.
The Customs Court recorded statements in cases against the different cases, including tax evasion, smuggling and narcotics smuggling. The cases of Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot and Jhelum were scheduled for hearing.
The cases, including tax evasion, customs, smuggling and narcotics, were scheduled for the day.
