Gujranwala Customs Intelligence earns Rs 4.2m through auction

SIALKOT: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation at Gujranwala has earned Rs 4.2 million through the auction of five impounded vehicles.

Customs Intelligence official Sajjad Rubani told Customs Today that the process of auction of five impounded vehicles was held on the office premises.

Auction committee Chairman Assistant Director Zainab Mehmood and other officials, including Superintendent Muhammad Anwar, Deputy Superintendent Muhammad Akmal, Inspectors Majid Raza, Mian Muhammad Yousaf and others were present on the occasion.

He added that all the five vehicles were auction for Rs 4.2 million to one party, which offered suitable bid. He said that the auctioned vehicles were impounded some months ago.
