SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Gujranwala Division has arrested two alleged human traffickers-cum-proclaimed offenders during different raids.
Sources told Customs Today that Deputy Director FIA Khalid Anees constituted a team under the supervision of Sub-Inspector Weheed Mohsin Butt to nab human traffickers-cum-proclaimed offenders. Sub-Inspector Waheed But along with his team raided different places of Gujrat and Sialkot and nabbed two human traffickers-cum-proclaimed offenders who were later identified as Hassan Muhammad and Sarafraz Ahmed. They were wanted in several cases of human trafficking.
The accused were running business of sending innocent people abroad illegally after getting big amounts from them.The agency has also recovered several fake passports, visa stamps and other documents from their possession. FIA has sent the accused behind the bars and started further investigations are still underway.
