SHC to hear 57 cases of customs, income tax on Monday

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday will take up 57 cases related to custom and income tax.

According to the details, a division bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhter and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi, will hear 57 customs and income tax related cases including those which were filed by M/S Alkatel Pakistan (Pvt ) Ltd, M / S Sheikhupura Textile, SME Leasing Ltd, M/S Wing Security (Pvt) Ltd, M/S Marheba Textile, M/S Regal Textile Industries, M/S Al-Ghazi, Alamgir Flour Mills, M/S Al-Zarina Glass, M/S DHL Pakistan, Al-Baraka Enterprises, M/S Synthech Fibers, Lotte Powergen (Pvt) Ltd, M/S Ghazi Commodities Corporation, M/S Parazelsus Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd and others.
