FTO adjourns case of Bhatti Ice Factory till June 9

LAHORE: The Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) has heard the case of Bhatti Ice Factory versus Commissioner Regional Tax  Office Zone-II and adjourned the case till next date.

According to details, the Advisor of Federal Tax Ombadsman (FTO) Muneeb Qureshi heard the case. The counsel for the appellant argued that commissioner zone seven collected extra taxes from Bhatti Ice Factory and willfully delaying refunds of the same. He appealed before the member to direct the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to ensure tax refunds.
