LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 21 different cases which were scheduled for hearing on Monday
Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Judicail and Imran Tarqi, Member Technical, heard all cases on the date. During the hearing, the counsel for the appellants and representatives of the departments appeared before the court.
Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases including Abdur Razziq versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigations Multan, Madni Engeneering versus Customs Multan, Usman Ali versus Customs Sambrial, Muhammad Afzal versus Customs Lahore, Directrorate of Intellegence and Investigations Faisalabad versus Muhammad Akram Chohan, Directrorate of Intelligence and Investigations Faisalabad versus Muhammad Arif Abdullah, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigations Lahore versus Mian Ahsan.
Furthermore Mian Ehsan versus Directorate of Intellegence and Investigations Lahore, Taj Impex versus Customs Sambrial, Abdur Rehman versus Customs Multan, Muhammad Nawaz versus Directorate of Invellegence and Investigations Gujrat, Customs Faisalabad versus Syed Liaqat Ali.
