Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 17 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 17 different cases which were scheduled for hearing on Tuesday.

Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq, Member Technical, conducted the hearing of all cases. During the hearing, the counsel for the appellants and representatives of the departments appeared before the court.

Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases of A.J.Taxtile versus Customs Faisalabad, Saeed Buksh versus Customs Lahore, Ali Shah versus Customs Lahore, Amir Muhammad Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, TGASJ International versus Customs Lahore.

Furthermore, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard Byco Petrioulm versus Directorate of Intellegence and Investigation Multan, Mobile Sales versus Valuation Department Lahore, Muhammad Awais versus Customs Lahore, Awais & Shoaib versus Post Clearance Audit Lahore, Customs Faisalabad versus Adam International.

More cases heard including Fayyaz Trading versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Mughal Steel versus Customs Lahore, Sky Limited versus Customs Lahore, Sugi Private Limited versus Customs Lahore, Zainal Taxtile versus Customs Lahore, Rehmat Ullah versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Saeed Ahmed versus Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.
