Customs Court adjourns hearing of six customs related cases

KARACHI: The Customs Court on Monday postponed six cases related to the custom matters as the customs court judge, Syed Faiz Rasool Rashdi, was on leavve.

On Monday, six cases were fixed for hearing before the Customs Court Judge Syed Faiz Rasool Rashdi. However, due to absence of the judge, the hearing of the cases was postponed.

According to the cause list, six cases were fixed before the customs court on Monday, in which 4 out of 6 cases were fixed for formal hearing of accused namely Syed Noshad Azam and others, Muhammad Asad Khan and others, Khurram Aftab Vohra and others.

Two out of overall six cases were fixed for confirmation of bails accused namely Shahzada Tanveer and others and Kamran Shafiq and others.
