Customs values of PVC panaflex/banner sheets determined

KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue’s (FBR) Directorate General Customs Valuation has revised the customs values of PVC panaflex/banner sheets.

Customs Valuation Director Wasif Memon revised the customs values of PVC panaflex/banner sheets vide Valuation Ruling No. 892/2016.

Customs values of PVC Panatlex/Banner Sheets were determined through Valuation Ruling No.782/2015. There were number of review petitions filed by importers against the said ruling.

Moreover, 90 days have passed and a number of representation were received from the importers regarding values determined in the valuation ruling No.782/2015 dated 17,12 2015 hence an exercise was initiated to re-determine the customs values of PVC Panaflex/Banner Sheets under PCT 3921 afresh.

The customs values of PVC panaflex/banner sheets of China re fied at $1.25/kg and other origins at $1.40/kg.
