FST to hear three cases filed against FBR today

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) would hear three cases filed against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Wednesday (today).

The FST bench comprising of members, Ishtiaq Ahmed and Syed Muhammad Hamid, would hear the cases regarding promotion and implementation.

These cases have been filed by Muhammad Aslam and Ahmed Hussain. The former had filed case in 2014 while the later submitted a case against the FBR in 2016.

Another bench of the tribunal comprising of Members, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi would hear the other case filed by Rana Sohail Akram.

The appellant re-filed the cases carrying the matter of his up-gradation at the FBR. This case was heard in 2014intitially and appellant re-petition on the same matter would be heard tomorrow.
