KARACHI: Federal Board of Revenue’s Directorate General of Customs Valuation has revised values of tubular metal needles.
Customs Valuation Director Wasif Memon revised the values of tubular metal needles vide Valuation Ruling No.900/2016 under PCT 9018 after hike in its price in the international market as compared to determined values vide Valuation Ruling No.740/2015.
The customs values of values of tubular metal needle (ready to use in packed form with plastic cap fitted with hub) of China are fixed at $7.25/kg and all other origins at $8.7/kg. The customs values of values of tubular metal needle (metallic shaft only in bulk form) of China are fixed at $7.5/kg and all other origins at $8.9/kg. The customs values of values of tubular metal needle (for veterinary use) of China are fixed at $5.5/kg and all other origins at $6.6/kg.
