Customs Tribunal hears 13 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Khawaja Omer Mehdi heard 15 cases on Tuesday and adjourned all of them until next date of hearing.

According to the details, the tribunal heard 12 cases including Hussain Trading versus Faisalabad Customs, Fridous Textile versus Faisalabad Customs, Reliance Waving versus Multan Customs, NK Enterprises versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigations, Multan.

Furthermore, Jahangir Ghulam Ali versus Lahore Customs, Hamyon Akber versus Lahore Customs, Shakir Hussain versus Faisalabad Customs Intelligence and Investigation, Zeshan Afzal versus Faisalabad Customs Intelligence and Investigation, Muhammad Ramzan versus Gujrat Customs Intelligence and Investigation.

On Tuesday, the Customs Tribunal heard various cases including Muhammad Mahboob versus Gujrat Customs Intelligence and Investigation, Muhammad Yousaf verus Gujrat Customs Intelligence and Investigation, Shokat Soap versus Lahore Post Clearance Audit (PCA).

In some cases, the parties submit final arguments in the cases, while court may decide the case in coming days.
