He termed the launch of new website and new research journal of PAS Association was an effort of such a significant nature that could bridge the gap between the developed countries and the developing country like Pakistan. “We should promote quality while disseminating various ideas to progress in the field of public administration, development, management etc”, he added. He said it was the quality that matters while connectivity was about dovetailed with the concept of “Rabt-e-Millat” which could open new vistas of progress and prosperity. Those nation who were not influenced by the industrial revolution of France, fell into clutches of colonization, he observed.

Similarly, those nations who would miss the ICT revolution, they would have no space to progress in the modern world, he added. Shamail Ahmed Khawaja lauded the innovative approach of young officers belonging to Pakistan Administrative Service and said, Pakistan Civil Service had always maintained the highest standards of dedication to the service of the motherland. With the access to better quality connectivity, they would be able to deliver more efficiently and could promote the softer image of Pakistan throughout the world, he added.
