FST to hear complaints filed by FBR employees regarding promotions, implementation

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) on Tuesday will hear a couple of cases filed by employees of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) carrying complaints regarding their promotion and implementation.

A division bench of the FST comprising of Members, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Syed Rafique Hussain Shah, will hear the cases.

These cases had been filed by Imtiaz Ikram and Shafiq Sadiq. They have submitted cases about promotion and seniority respectively. They have submitted that the decisions given by the tribunal regarding their promotion had not been implemented by the board.

They prayed to the tribunal to ensure implementation over its already given decisions and ensure provision of relief to them.

Same bench also adjourned hearing of three service matters on Monday. Appellants had challenged FBR’s administrative measures through these petition which would be heard again in September.
