Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourns 16 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 16 cases on Wednesday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

The Customs Tribunal heard two cases, including Digital World against Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore, Union Traders versus Customs Lahore, KPI (Private) Limited versus Customs Faisalabad, Sky International versus Customs Lahore.

On Wednesday, the Customs Tribunal heard some other regular cases including Alba International versus Customs Lahore, Unique enterprises versus Customs Lahore, Arzoo textile versus Customs Faisalabad, Jan Enterprises versus Customs Lahore, Muhammad Ramzan versus directorate of intelligence and investigation Gujrat, Koakab International versus Customs Lahore, Muhammad Mehboob versus directorate of intelligence and investigation Gujrate.

Excel Pakistan versus Customs Lahore, Muhammad Aamir versus Customs Lahore, Muhammad Ahsan versus Customs Lahore, Muhammad Yousaf versus directorate of intelligence and investigation Gujrat and Mali Khan versus directorate of intelligence and investigation Faisalabad.
