Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 14 cases on Thursday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 14 cases on Thursday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

The Customs Tribunal heard 14 cases, including Season Foods versus Lahore Customs, Multan Customs versus Kakub Enterprises, Nazir Hussain versus Multan Customs, Advance International versus Multan Customs, Abdul Razaq versus Gujrat Customs Intelligence and Investigation.

On Thursday, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases, including Faisalabad Customs versus Noor Muhammad, Askar Oil Services versus Multan Customs Intelligence, Malik Fawad versus Lahore Customs Intelligence.

Furthermore, the tribunal heard the cases of Hafiz Muhammad Tariq Butt versus Lahore Customs, Faisalabad Customs versus Syed Liaqat Ali, Muhammad Afzal versus Faisalabad Customs Intelligence, Raaz Muhammad versus Multan Customs Intelligence, Six Star Sports versus Sambrial Customs, and Sakhawat Ali versus Gujrat Customs Intelligence.

All cases adjourned for the next dates not any case decided yesterday. In all cases the counsels for appellants appeared before the court and presented arguments.
