NEW YORK: There are all sorts of strange memes out there, but the latest engages Marshstomp, or the second development of water starter Mudkip in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The quality model for the development looks a bit, well, blank. As in there’s not a lot going on up there.
