FBR revises valuation of immovable properties in Peshawar

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue has revised rates of valuation of immovable properties in Peshawar with effect from July 31.

The Board, in supersession of SRO 667(I)/2016 dated August 2, 2016 and in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sub-section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), notified the value of immoveable properties in column No 3 and 4 in respect of areas/categories specified in column No 2.
