IHC to hear tax reference filed M/s Pak Telecom Mobile today

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear M/s Pak Telecom Mobile’s tax reference on Friday (today), seeking to restrict the Regional Tax Office (RTO) from recovering the outstanding tax of Rs 7.2 million.

Through the petition, M/s Pak Telecom Mobile had complained against the RTO officer that he had issued an assessment in May, 2016. The appellant submitted that the RTO notice for the recovery of outstanding tax was illegal and unjust.
