FST to hear four cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear four cases involving complaints filed by employees of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Friday (today).

Three division benches of the FST comprising Members Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and M Arshad Bhatti, M Arshad Bhatti and Javed Iqbal Kasi, and Ishtiaq Ahmed and Nazir Saeed would hear the service matters.

Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and M Arshad Bhatti would hear the case filed by Shaukat Ali. He had filed a review petition before the tribunal in order to attain relief against the already given decision of the tribunal.

M Arshad Bhatti and Javed Iqbal Kasi’s bench would hear the petition filed by Abdul Ghafoor. Abdul Ghafoor had filed petition for implementation and had prayed the tribunal to ensure implementation by the concerned department in his case.

Ishtiaq Ahmed and Nazir Saeed would hear the service matter filed by Muhammad Bashir and Muhammad Ashraf. Both of these appellants had also prayed the tribunal to get its earlier decision implemented.
