Malaysia exports 513,000 tonnes palm oil to Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan imported around 513,000 tonnes of palm oil from Malaysia during January-August.

Another Malaysia’s palm oil product the Minyak Cooking Oil made its way into the local Pakistani market, a statement issued on Friday by the Malaysian Palm Oil Board said. Consul General of Malaysia in Karachi Ismail Mohamad Bakri said that the consulate would continue to support and facilitate any efforts to expand the presence of Malaysian products in Pakistan during the product launching ceremony of Minyak Cooking Oil.

There was always room for improvement and strengthening of existing bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries of Malaysia and Pakistan, especially in trade.
