SHC to take up more than 95 cases related to customs, income tax today

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday (today) will take up more than 95 cases related to customs and income tax.

According to the roster, a division bench, headed by Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Junaid Ghaffar will hear customs and income tax related cases, including those which were filed by Babar Waheed, Dada Bhoy Byhram Jee & Co, M/s Pakistan Railways, commissioner Inland Revenue Zone-1, commissioner Inland Revenue Zone-111, Y & J Traders, M/s Majeed Chemicals, M/s Osama Associates, M/s ANM Trading Company, Muhammad Mubarak, the Marriage Hall Association, M/s I2 Pakistan (Private) Limited, M/s Al-Abbas Fabrics (Private) Limited, Thatta Power (Private) Limited, Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, Jawwad Sons, Awan Trading Co Limited, M/s Invest and Finance, M. Tahreem Shamim, Qasim International Container Terminal, M/s King Birds Karachi, M/s A.F Ferguson and Co, M/s Invest and Finance Securities Limited, M/s Liaquat Merchant, M/s National Foods, M/s United Sales (Private) Limited and others.
