Deputy Collector Asma Hameed issues notice to suspect in smuggling case

FAISALABAD: The Customs Adjudication Deputy Collector Asma Hameed has issued a show cause notice to a suspect who is allegedly involved in smuggling of Toyota Coaster worth Rs 2,500,000 involving customs duty and taxes to the tune of Rs 800,000.

Sources told Customs Today, that the Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO), Jhang, intercepted a Toyota Coaster vehicle bearing registration no. JF-7950 near Toll Plaza Multan Road Jhang.
