FAISALABAD: The Regional Tax Office (RTO), Faisalabad Zone-Corporative has collected Rs448.39 million under the head of sales tax during the first three weeks of September.
Commissioner Muhammad Nasir khan said that it collected Rs410.54 million as current collection, while it has recovered Rs37.85 million arrears Collection during the period. He added that unit-I of the Corporative zone has collected Rs199.29million, unit-II Rs26.84 million, while unit-iii has collected Rs 184.41 million.
He further said that Rs37.85 million, which were recovered in shape of arrears, has been collected by all units of the zone. He further said that unit-I collected Rs14.14 Millions, unit-IIRs 9.28 million and the unit-III collected Rs14.42 millions during said period.
Responding to a question, Commissioner Nasir khan hoped that annual target for running fiscal year will be achieved by the end of fiscal year.
