LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 15 different cases which were scheduled for hearing, including pre-arrest bail pleas and recording of statements of the witnesses.
The special court adjourned many cases, including bail pleas filed by three suspects. The court adjourned pre-arrest bail pleas of Muhammad Shahzad and Muhammad Sadiq in tax evasion cases made by Gujranwala and Faisalabad regions.
On Saturday, the cases including tax evasion, customs, smuggling and narcotics were scheduled for the dat. A case of narcotics against wqsif Ali was also adjourned. The court also recorded statements of three witnesses in different cases.
