FAISALABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Faisalabad has arrested a notorious human trafficker during a crackdown.
Sources told Customs Toady that the FIA authorities received information that a person Ghulam Nabi son of Abdul Aziz extorted a huge amount from different persons on the promise that he would send them abroad.
The FIA constituted a team comprising Deputy Director Syed Imam Ali Zaidi and Sub Inspector Kashif Bajwa. The FIA team raided Gojra and arrested the accused from his residence. The FIA team also recovered bogus visa stamps, medical certificates and travelling documents.
The FIA team after registering a case of human smuggling against accused person started further investigations.
