Muhammad Arshad made Second Secretary

ISLAMABAD: Muhammad Arshad, a BS-18 officer of Audit & Accounts, has been transferred and posted as Second Secretary, (Project Finance) at Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad.

The officer, presently posted as Deputy Director , Directorate of Training & Research (Customs), Islamabad, has been transferred and posted as Second Secretary with immediate effect and until further orders.
