Computerisation of appellate tribunal to complete in one month.

LAHORE: Computerization of system of appellate tribunal in land revenue has been started and will be completed in one month. The whole system of the tribunal will be available online from next month.

Talking to Customs Today on Tuesday, Appellate Tribunal Chairman Javaid Masood Tahir said computerization of the system has been started and soon all record will be available online for the citizens. “People will be able to check cause lists and cases details at any time on internet. The tribunal is taking measures to solve the cases as soon as possible by increasing the number of members. Special courts will be established in all districts to facilitate citizens.” He said there should be national tax courts in country as these sorts of courts are available in many countries of the world.
