LAHORE: A team of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) raided montgomery Road and arrested a suspect, Salman Tariq, found involved in illegal business of currency exchange.
The raid had been conducted under the supervision of Deputy Director Jameel Khan in which Inspector Nasir Awan, ASI Badar, and FCs Maroof, Ishfaq and Shafqat participated.
FIA officials told Customs Today that that Rs 188,000, 1,020 UAE Durham, 20 Omani riyal, 500 dollars and 2,719 Saudi Riyal were recovered from the suspect. FIR NO 91/2016 dated 19-10-2016 u/s 4,23 FER ACT , 4AML ACT 2010 FIA CCC Lahore has been registered against the accused who has been shifted to unidentified location for investigations.
