Business community urged to cooperate with FBR

MULTAN: Member (Operations Inland Revenue) Dr Mohammad Irshad has visited Regional Tax Office (RTO), Multan and Bahawalpur and held marathon meetings with tax officials, members of Tax Bar Association and representatives of PCGA, Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI)

The Member urged the business community and tax bar association to cooperate with the tax department for enhancement of government revenues and contribute towards economic stability and prosperity of the country.

Dr Irshad said that the whole IRIS system is being revamped to facilitate the business community for filing their returns of income and other relevant documents. He emphasised that FBR fully authorised and mandated the Regional Chief Commissioners to resolve taxpayers’ problems at their doorsteps.
