ISLAMABAD: The Regional Tax Office is establishing Inland Revenue office at Murree and has made public an open tender for invitation for bids for the purchase of land for the office.
The sealed bids have been invited from parties/owners with the following conditions:
The plot should be measuring two to 3 Kanals, in levelled area preferably situated on the Main Mall Road or in its immediate vicinity, equally and easily accessible to general public.
The land should be situated near important government offices e.g. town municipal offices and particularly branches of National Bank of Pakistan should be in proximity of the site.
All basic amenities like water, electricity, gas and sewerage etc should be available at the site. Further, the plot must be located in safe and secure area. The RTO said that the bids should be submitted by November 09, 2016.
