The appellants had submitted complaints about their due promotion which was not yet granted by the department. They have prayed the tribunal to issue necessary directives to the board in this regard. The bench adjourned hearing of cases.
The bench also heard the same petitions during last week, however adjourned the hearing of these complaints without issuing clear directives.
The appellants had prayed the tribunal hold speedy hearing of their complaints and dispose them office at the earliest in order to bring justice to them. The same bench would also hear one case of implementation filed by Abdul Qayyum. Qayyum, a staffer of FBR had sought from tribunal to direct board on his promotion and earliest justice.
It is pertinent to mention that the board had yet not filed objections over this case.
