FST three benches to hear various complaints filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: Three benches of Federal Service Tribunal will hear a number of complaints on Thursday challenging Federal Board of Revenue’s administrative measures pertaining to employees’ ‘seniority’, ‘promotion’ and ‘dismissal’.

FST benches comprising Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed, Ishtiaq Ahmed and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi, and Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed would hear the cases.

Bench-1 of FST, comprising Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed will hear the cases filed by Muhammad Luqman, Muhammad Ishtiaq, Ghulam Ali Sahito and Syed Muhammad Rafi. Muhammad Luqman had filed cases seeking implementation over FST’s earlier given decision while rest of three had approached the tribunal challenging FBR decision pertaining to their promotion which had yet not been granted to them.

Ishtiaq Ahmed and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi will hear cases of promotion, seniority and dismissal filed by Asghar Khan, Muhammad Ushaq, Yameen Khan, and Muhammad Nawaz.

Another bench of Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed would hear Aftab Ahmed Razzqi and Fakhar-ul-Islam’s cases. Both the appellants had approached the tribunal submitting complaints about ‘seniority’.
