ANF foils bid to smuggle 3.5 tons of narcotics from Peshawar to Lahore

LAHORE: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has foiled an attempt to smuggle a huge quantity of narcotics from Peshawar to Lahore via Motorway.

Sources told Customs Today that ANF team intercepted a truck on Ring Road which was loaded with narcotics. Sources said that truck was coming from Peshawar to Lahore via Motorway was intercepted on Ring Road Lahore.  During checking of the vehicle, the ANF team recovered bags filled with fine quality charas. Truck driver Khursheed Khan was arrested and was shifted to unidentified location for investigations.
